After following the instructions to create a recovery drive with the image, I couldn't get it to boot from the recovery drive. I know people love Rufus. I can't imagine trying to set up a useful dual-boot off the 64 gig. First thing I did was install Windows 10, and everything went well for a while until I got a dreaded blue screen. The later in the day I fly the more expensive the flights get.

If you're asked for a recovery key select Skip this drive. They can no longer be held accountable for holding up our industry, and being culpable for its inability to move towards agility. Tis time I could not get it to boot into recovery. Aside from nuking it from space it's the only way to be sure. After 2 hours of jiggery-pokery I got absolutely nowhere! Sadly this story has been repeated often enough that implementing a better method is long over due.
